Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jeuje each piece is handcrafted, and our products are sold at limited quantities and availabilities. We display our items as accurately as possible on the Website and offer a full written description of all Goods being sold. Please note, variations in style, color, size, shape, feel and look may occur based on the production and / or materials being offered.

All sales are final and Jeuje cannot be held responsible for damage to jewelry or accessories resulting from careless wear or inadequate care once in the client’s possession. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within ten days of receipt to arrange for an exchange. In the rare instance of manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately to discuss exchange options. Please note that custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

At Jeuje we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you may exchange your jewelry or accessory within ten business days by following the steps below:

Please contact info@shopjeuje.com with the purchaser’s name and Order ID within 5 business days of receiving your item and a concierge will contact you within 2 business days. All return items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Once approved for an exchange, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. We will not accept packages without a Return Authorization Number, required paperwork or packaging.

All shipping fees associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed by a customer care representative.

Please note that personalized, custom, or items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.  

International Shipping

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Stacy Nolan is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.

  • For product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to Jeuje Inc. upon Jeuje Inc.’s receipt of the returned product. All costs of return must be prepaid by the purchaser.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Contact us at info@shopjeuje.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and to provide your reason for the return.

2) All items must be returned with the original packaging and purchase receipt. The RA Number must be written visibly on the outside of the box to qualify for return or exchange.

3) Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund or an exchange.

4) Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the items being returned for exchange or refund, and for the shipping costs of new items purchased through an exchange.

5) Exchange items are final sales and must be selected within 30 days of when the original purchase was received. Items purchased through an exchange are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges. Exchanges must be selected among items in stock at the moment of the exchange. The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied toward the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange.

Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received.

Repair Warranty

Jeuje will repair your pieces within one year of the purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date, we would be happy to repair your Jeuje Fine Jewelry for a charge. Request a repair by contacting us at info@shopjeuje.com.
