WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING (US only)

Each order is carefully packaged and insured to ensure safe delivery.  A signature is required for all orders over $500. Orders received after 1 PM PST will be processed the following business day. When your item(s) is ready to ship, our team will contact you via email or text to schedule the delivery.

We ship with UPS ground. If you prefer an alternative carrier, please contact us to make arrangements. Local delivery is available in Los Angeles, please contact us to make arrangements.

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a Jeuje team member will reach out within 1 to 2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead times vary by item type. We do have limited inventory in our store but generally keep stock of all core medallion and chain options. If the piece is in stock, we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4 to 6-week fulfillment window.

Rings require a 4 to 6-week lead time, as we do not carry all sizes.
Custom pieces require a 6 to 8-week shipping window once the artwork has been approved.
Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customers’ delivery requests if it’s in our ability.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of the shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

International Shipping Options

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Stacy Nolan is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.

  • For product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to Jeuje Inc. upon Jeuje Inc.’s receipt of the returned product. All costs of return must be prepaid by the purchaser.


International orders are shipped FedEx-insured air at a $150 flat rate. FedEx considers all U.S territories as international shipments (i.e Puerto Rico, Guam). All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by the customer. Jeuje is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to.

All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. For customized orders please allow 4-6 weeks for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received any correspondence from us regarding your order within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopjeuje.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellations & Return Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received.

All custom orders, special orders, pre-orders, and sale items are final sales. Special orders are items that are pre-ordered or out of stock at the time of purchase.

Please note: All purchases shipped to international addresses (those that are not within the US) are final sales. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Contact us at info@shopjeuje.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and to provide your reason for the return.
2) All items must be returned with the original packaging and purchase receipt. The RA Number must be written visibly on the outside of the box to qualify for return or exchange.
3) Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund or an exchange.
4) Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the items being returned for exchange or refund, and for the shipping costs of new items purchased through an exchange.
5) Exchange items are final sales and must be selected within 30 days of when the original purchase was received. Items purchased through an exchange are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges. Exchanges must be selected among items in stock at the moment of the exchange. The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied toward the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange.

Repair Warranty
Jeuje will repair your pieces within one year of the purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date, we would be happy to repair your Jeuje Fine Jewelry for a charge. Request a repair by contacting us at info@shopjeuje.com.
